SEM AB (Svenska Elektromagneter) develops and produces advanced systems for combustion engines along with solenoids, heat exchangers and sensors for a wide range of application areas.
Our consultants have worked together with SEM in evaluating the interface between stiff components and the encapsulating rubber. Such an analysis, with extremely large strains, requires the use of large deformations, contact conditions and non-linear materials.
