Lightness by Design was founded in 2012 by three experienced consultants. Since then the company has grown, but the high level of experience has been preserved. The majority of our consultants have been working as specialists for over 10 years and thanks to our internal collaboration, each Lightness consultant brings the collected experience of the entire company. With our expert knowledge, holistic understanding and simulation support, we help you faster reach the market with better products.

We are adaptable and perform assignments independently or as an integrated part of pre-existing teams. Since our clients come from the areospace, maritime, vehicle and other sectors, we are used to working with different standards and organs, such as EASA, DNV, EuroNCAP and many more. Furthermore, we often help clients take the step beyond existing standards or develop new ones.

We work with all the common softwares on the market. Therefore, we can fit into established systems with large clients, or chose the most cost-efficient option for smaller companies, maximising profitability.
