CorPower Ocean

CorPower Ocean develops, manufactures and operates wave energy converters, which oscillate with sea waves and convert the kinematic energy to electricity. They have verified their technology in several steps, from small prototypes to full scale and electricity generation in the demanding waters of the Atlantic.

Lightness by Design has participated in designing and dimensioning the sandwich composite hull for great reliability against fatigue, creep and buckling, considering light weight and mass production.
